I have found that for me the best solution is action. Indira Gandhi says, "Have a bias toward action--let's see something happen now. You can break that big plan into small steps and take the first step right away." Now, I am sure that Gandhi had much bigger things to be concerned with than I do. But I still find his words to be inspiring.
Since the image I am working on is already broken into geometric shapes to a certain extent, I just started today by coloring them in. And since I have already decided to soften the lines somewhat in this piece, I kept that in mind as well.
I will continue tomorrow in the same way, one section at a time, gradually moving toward my goals of thinking more about cubism and making something new. I will close today with one of my favorite quotes:
